System Work Allowance
Application Storyline uses a daily system work allowance to keep intensive writing tools reliable during the application season.
What is included
Storyline Pro and Storyline Max include the same daily system work allowance for assisted writing tasks such as importing material, generating storylines, creating Story Plans, polishing drafts, checking authenticity, and asking the writing coach for feedback.
Studio remains manual
Storyline Studio is free and does not include system work allowance. Studio users can still enter, organize, edit, read, and export their own material manually.
How it refreshes
The allowance refreshes every day. Unused allowance does not roll over, because the goal is to support steady application work rather than unlimited automated generation.
When usage gets high
When a student has used most of the day’s allowance, the app may show a reminder. If the day’s allowance is used, assisted tools pause until the next refresh, while manual editing remains available.
Fair use
Application Storyline may apply additional fair-use protection for unusual automated or excessive activity. This protects the service for students using it for normal application-season writing.
